A New Direction
As I have grown from a casual music listener to player and connoisseur of music, I have developed two loves in terms of musical genres. Those being Heavy Metal and Ambient music. I’m an extreme guy and it seems obvious that I would like extreme music, how I’ve managed to become attached to music with no drums and the fastest drums, I still don’t know.
Anyway, I was looking over the coverage of these genres with the help search engines and it seems that metal only blogs stopped being updated in 2007 and there isn’t much in terms of ambient stuff. So I wanna write reviews, accumulate a list of release dates and news as well as discuss the trends and cultures of both of these genres. The name The Landscape and The Metropolis is a highlighting of both of those genres.
